Damaged Products:
If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt. We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available. Damaged Artwork:
If a frame is damaged or broken, contact us within 10 business days and either BrainJuice Art or the shipping company will reimburse you for reframing costs. Please contact info@brainjuiceart.com.
If you receive the wrong order:
Simply notify us and return the item. We will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact info@brainjuiceart.com.
Shipping Policy / Rates:
If you want your package shipped to countries outside the US, simply select either the international standard or Priority option when you are ready to checkout. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, or any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. We recommend tracking the package with your local carrier once USPS shows the package delivered/transferred to the destination country. Once the packages are in transit no changes can be made. Unclaimed packages returned to BrainJuice Art will not be qualified for a shipping refund. Packages may be resent at the recipients expense.
Coupon Codes:
If you forget to use a coupon code during checkout, we can refund the difference if you contact us within 24 hours.
