Frequently Asked Questions.

ABOUT ORDER

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

For pre-order, the print quantity is determined first, and then an order is placed with the factory for production, so the waiting period is longer. However, the price during the pre-order is lower. In-stock items are the remaining stock after the pre-order, priced slightly higher and limited in quantity. Most will not be reprinted once sold out.

We’re sorry, but our main goal is to focus on sharing interests, giving artists more time to dedicate to their creations, and allowing fans to get the products they love. Therefore, products are produced in limited quantities and will not be reproduced once sold out.

ABOUT COLLABORATION

Of course, we are familiar with Chinese factories and can sell products in China, as well as participate in Chinese conventions and art festivals.

ART / PRODUCT SUBMISSION

We welcome artists from all over the world to showcase their work to us, but please note that we focus on entertainment art/fan art. If your work fits, you can download and fill out the form, then send it to info@brainjuiceart.com

Don’t worry, as long as the work meets our requirements, we offer a full-service solution from design and production to sales.

Currently, Brainjuice Art mainly focuses on promoting anime culture and supporting fan artists. However, we will still accept some original works and plan to open a dedicated original IP gallery in the future to support independent creators.

We’re sorry, but we are not accepting adult content at the moment. However, we will be launching a dedicated adult gallery soon. Stay tuned…

There are no restrictions; we accept artwork from all over the world.

Currently, we mainly participate in conventions in the United States.
